Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Advocate for Participant rights and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary.
