Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications according to prescribed instructions.
  • Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Advocate for Participant rights and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Patience, compassion, and empathy when working with individuals with special needs.
Note:
Experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred. Training will be provided.
