Job Description

Ailana Health Care Services, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Learning Services - Individual (CLS-I) and Personal Assistance/Habilitation (PAB) to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support based on each participant's service plan and needs Assist participants with daily living activities and personal support as needed Support participants in developing independence and achieving their individual goals Assist with community activities, and outings as assigned Encourage socialization, communication, and participation in the community Follow individual service plans, safety guidelines, and agency policies Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes Communicate appropriately with participants, families, and the care team Provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
Compassionate, patient, dependable, and willing to learn No prior experience required; training is provided Ability to follow individual service plans and safety guidelines Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assigned participant Previous experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required
