This position plans and forecasts monthly objectives and works in concert with the new, used, parts and service departments to maximize gross profit opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with computer programs related software relevant to the department.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
