Requirements:

Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to work in Idaho Falls, Idaho Must be able to pass a background check Overview We are a locally owned Reshab in Idaho Falls. We care for developmentally disabled adults in their homes! We are a larger company with over 50 locations to choose from and over 70 amazing people you get to choose to work with! You get to choose your schedule and the home you work in! Looking for full time or part time or even just as needed?? We have all 3 openings right now! With us it is one on one care! We have a variety of individuals that we care for! We care for very high functioning individuals that walk, talk, have jobs etc. all the way down to very low functioning that don't walk, don't talk, can't see and need you for their basic everyday needs! You get to choose who you work with in orientation! We want you to love the home and the person you choose to work with! We allow the flexibility of moving to another home if any home isn't a good fit! Also if you need to start out as part time or full time then move up or down in hours we also offer that flexibility as well!

Basic Job Duties:

These duties will vary or increase based off of the home and person you choose to work with! All meal preparation Administering Meds (We help you obtain your medication assistance certificate!) Housekeeping needs Everyday Personal Hygiene Teaching everyday living skills Electronically documenting (We provide the tablets) Community Integration i.e. Bear World, Zoo, Museum, Aquarium, out to eat etc.

NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES!

We pay for entry and all meals. Also we have company cars! You do not have to drive your personal car! Behavioral Intervention as needed (This doesn't apply to all of our individuals) NO experience necessary! No certifications necessary! We pay for everything you need to start! Apply today! $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
