Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our team of Direct Support Professionals where you will ensure the well-being of adult men with intellectual & developmental disabilities. Our successful professionals enjoy helping others and taking care of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide care based on the abilities of each resident and assist the residents in developing skills to reach their personal maximum ability.Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Implement individualized care plans and support goals
- Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
- Monitor and document individual progress and behaviors Some weekends required.

Full-time Overnight Shift:
Midnight to 8 amPart-time Overnight Shift:
Midnight to 8 amFull-time Evening Shift:
4 pm toMidnight Part-time Evening Shift:
4 pm to Midnight Some weekend work is required. Overtime is available but not required.BENEFITS
