Imaging Care Assistant Details Schedule:

Full-time:

3, 12-hour shifts per week Routinely 9a-9:30p / 11a-1130p with flexibility required Weekend rotation: every 3rd weekend Holiday rotation: 2 per year No on-call

Essential Job Duties:

Patient care: Gowns/dresses patients, helps patients with paperwork, prepares patients for procedures, assists with ambulation and transporting.

Equipment:

Prepares imaging equipment, stocks supplies, cleans as required.

Administrative:

Answers call lights, prints patient labels for forms, burns CDs, shares images through Nuance Powershare.

Professionalism:

Demonstrates basic knowledge of health and safety, appropriate conduct and positive attitude, awareness of unit activities, and basic clerical skills.

License/Certification:

Healthcare Provider BLS level of CPR is required.
