Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide caregiver assistance and support to the individuals that live at New Vista Oakwood s beautiful campus-style setting. This includes participating in special occasions and community opportunities while always ensuring the safety, welfare, and the preservation of rights of clients. Starting pay for DSPs is $18.19 per hour; $18.88 if you have your CNA, CMA, or an Associate s degree; $19.35 with a Bachelor s degree.
