! Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying needs, including those with disabilities and dementia. Duties Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition planning. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home and during outings. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate healthcare professionals. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed. Provide support for long-term care needs in home environment. Experience Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with working with elders is highly desirable. Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus. Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively. Ability to prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. .
