DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

3:30 PM -10:0 PM We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult woman living in the Germantown area. The ideal candidate will support her in working toward her personal goals, increased independence, and active participation in her community .

Responsibilities include:

Providing individualized support based on her needs and personal goals Assisting with daily living skills and promoting independence Supporting community activities, appointments, errands, and social/recreational activities Providing encouragement, guidance, and positive reinforcement Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and respectful communication Completing required documentation related to services provided We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and consistent Patient, respectful, and compassionate Able to encourage independence while providing appropriate support Professional and comfortable working one-on-one Committed to person-centered support

Schedule:

3:30 PM - 9:00 PM This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others achieve their goals and become more independent in their everyday lives.

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
