Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in medication administration, caregiving, and working with people with autism. Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities or elderly residents
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities and social interactions
