What You'll Do As a DSP, your day will be meaningful and varied.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting individuals with daily living and self-care skills Assisting with household tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, and laundry Helping individuals follow personalized behavior and support plans Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth Providing companionship, safety, and emotional support (Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the individuals we serve.) Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Clean background check Reliable vehicle with valid car insurance and valid driver's license (preferred but not required) CPR & First Aid Certification CNA Certification CMT Certification Why Join Omega Home Care?
