Job Description

Recovery Support Specialist - Tessa's House (Full-Time & Part-Time) In-Person | +$1 shift differential for overnights | Health, Dental, Vision + PTO CRMAs, CNAs, PSSs, MHRTs are encouraged to apply. Make a Difference. Be the Support. Inspire Recovery. Tessa's House is a 16-bed residential treatment center dedicated to helping women begin their recovery journey from substance use in a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment. We're looking for Recovery Support Specialists who are passionate about helping others. In this role, you'll provide direct support, mentorship, and care to residents as they heal, grow, and rebuild their lives.
What You'll Do:
  • Support residents in daily routines, personal growth, and recovery goals
  • Foster a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment
  • Lead or assist with group activities focused on wellness and healing
  • Help manage crises with a trauma-informed, compassionate approach
  • Administer medications (CRMA certification required or provided upon hire)
  • Keep accurate documentation and collaborate with our clinical team
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in recovery or human services (preferred)
  • Empathy, strong communication, and a nonjudgmental attitude
  • Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, or holidays
