Job Description

About the
Client:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide or CNA to assist a female client living at home with her husband in the Charlotte area. The client has mobility as well as communication limitations. She uses a wheelchair and and is considered a fall risk.
Shifts Available:
7a-7p and 7p-7a Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation Rate of pay: $17hr for Home Health aide and
CNA Responsibilities:
Assist with safe transfers Provide mobility support and fall prevention Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor respiratory status and provide support as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Communicate clearly and patiently due to cognitive/communication challenges Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
CNA certification or Home Health Aide experience preferred Experience with mobility assistance and fall-risk patients strongly preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication skills Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols Why Join Us? Pay:
$17.00 per hour
