As a Resident Care Assistant , you'll provide essential daily care, offer companionship, and create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. • $22.28 / hour Key Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care
• Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support Mealtime
• Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Keep Things Moving
• Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. Perform Vital Checks
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care
• Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. Provide Responsive Support
• Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion. Monitor with Watchful Eyes
• Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required. Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs.
