University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Dundee, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with meal preparation and feeding. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Help clients manage medication reminders and appointments. Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related fields is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow directions.
