As a Support Staff member, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals engage more fully in their communities. This includes providing hands-on support, skill-building, and guidance in areas such as community living and employment training. Support Staff assist individuals as they: Transition into community-based jobs Participate in volunteer opportunities Receive on-the-job training Engage in various local activities You'll be an advocate for the individuals you support—helping them follow their vocational plans and ensuring services are delivered with dignity, safety, privacy, and respect.
