Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure clients' health and well-being. Provide catheter care and assist with mobility needs to enhance clients' comfort. Support clients in maintaining their home environment through light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote emotional well-being. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members regarding client progress and needs. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Skills Experience in home health or senior care is preferred; familiarity with nursing home settings is a plus. Strong ability to assist individuals with disabilities and provide compassionate care. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring techniques and catheter care procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
