University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home support to clients in Lake Angelus, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Provide personal care and support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Help clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and communicate any concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their well-being. Requirements Previous experience in personal care or related field is a plus. Ability to assist clients with mobility and personal hygiene efficiently and respectfully. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a compassionate attitude. Ability to pass background checks and comply with all company and regulatory requirements. Benefits Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $19.00, paid twice a month.
