• Day Shift Respect | Resilience | Integrity Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred, but not required.
• Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!

• Shifts:

  Full Time 6:00 am
• 2:00pm E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation Part Time Casual On-Call positions available as well

Pay:

$15.61/hr

• $19.

64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience) Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials (Additional $1/hour) Weekend Shift Differential (Additional $1/hour) Responsibilities and duties: Assisting residents with all of their ADL's (activities of daily living) including; dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and showering. Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times Medication administration Interaction/activities with residents General clean up and laundry Qualifications and skills: Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families Excellent communication skills Good team player
