Job Description

Eagle Bend Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling resident information
- Promote resident rights and advocate for their needs and preferences
- Provide transportation for residents to appointments or community outings
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist with transferring individuals as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities Must have a valid MN driver's license, clean driving record and clear DHS background check.
