Job Summary
- Why you'll love this position Northwest Community Services is recruiting for a Supervising Support Care Assistant, to be a part of a highly effective team that supports over 500 employees, that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.
- What you'll do This position will be responsible for making sure that the unit's schedule has the staff needed to support our individuals on a daily bases. They will collaborate on the unit's schedule, take calls during their shift, adjust the schedule as needed and work with staff regarding availability Qualifications
