What You'll Do Depending on the needs of each client, your responsibilities may include: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Assist clients with transfers and safe mobility using appropriate equipment and techniques Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other memory-care needs Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional Assist with personal care and routine health-related tasks within your scope of practice Provide compassionate care to clients receiving end-of-life or hospice services Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Follow care plans, safety procedures, HIPAA requirements, and company policies Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and members of the healthcare team

What We're Looking For Required:

Current HHA license as required by state regulations Previous experience providing care to seniors, individuals with disabilities, or clients requiring assistance at home or in a healthcare setting Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Commitment to maintaining client privacy and confidentiality

Preferred Experience:

Dementia or Alzheimer's care Personal care and ADLs Safe patient transfers Hoyer lifts and transfer equipment Catheter care CPR/First Aid or BLS Electronic documentation/EHR systems Hospice or end-of-life care Why Join Our Team?
