QMA is a leading provider of services and supports for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Our services include community living programs, vocational training and supported employment, structured day supports, clinical and therapeutic programs, professional training services, and support coordination services. We currently serve individuals in settings throughout Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Salem and Atlantic counties in New Jersey, and throughout Delaware.

QMAs Direct Support Professional are responsible for performing tasks that are essential to helping adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities lead safe and satisfying lives. They assist the people we serve with daily living activities including personal goals, recreation and daily household living. They facilitate proper medical care and meet the physical, emotional and personal needs of the people we serve.
Minimal Necessary Skills:
A high school degree or GEDProficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.

Must have a professional manner (demonstrate/exhibit professional behavior).Needs to be detailed oriented with excellent communication skills and experience with data collection.
