• Ridgewood or Ramsey, NJ We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP).

In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our brand new group home opening soon in Ridgewood, NJ, or our currently operating group home in Ramsey, NJ.

Position Details:

Competitive compensation: $20

• 3 pm

Sun-Wed:

3 pm

• 11 pm

Wed-Fri:

3 pm

• 11 pm

Fri & Sat:

11 pm

• 7 am Positions available at

Ramsey:

Sat & Sun:

7 am

• 3 pm (can be with 3-11pm as a double)

Sat & Sun:

3 pm

• 11 pm (can be with 7am-3pm as a double)

Thurs & Fri:

11 pm

• 9 am

Responsibilities:

As a Direct Support Professional, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including: Assisting individuals with various supports inside and outside of their homes, including engaging in recreational activities Monitoring and addressing the health and medical needs of clients and promptly reporting any concerns Providing transportation and support for activities and outings Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA Maintaining accurate daily logs and written reports Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and offering nutritional support Providing personal care assistance, such as dressing, bathing, and toileting

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria: Minimum age of 18 years Strong passion for helping individuals in need High school diploma or equivalent qualification Willingness to participate in a drug screening. This is a drug free workplace.
