As we continue to expand throughout New Jersey, we are actively hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. Whether you are an experienced DSP, caregiver, mentor, teacher, human services professional, or someone looking to start a rewarding career helping others, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one and community-based support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by: Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and greater independence Assisting with daily living and life skills development Promoting community inclusion and social engagement Providing transportation to community activities, appointments, and events Assisting with shopping, budgeting, meal planning, and recreational activities Encouraging self-advocacy and personal growth Maintaining accurate service documentation and progress notes Following Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and agency policies QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle with active insurance Ability to pass background screening and meet DDD requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude Willing to submit to DDD-required background checks and drug testing requirements. Preferred Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities Experience in caregiving, behavioral support, education, healthcare, or human services CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Our Team?
