Home Health Aide Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential in-home care to clients in need. This role involves assisting patients with daily personal care, supporting their health and well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to handle various caregiving responsibilities with professionalism and empathy. Duties Assist clients with daily personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide home health care assistance tailored to individual needs, including medication reminders and light housekeeping Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure quality care and address concerns Assist with patient transfer methods, including safe repositioning and mobility support using appropriate techniques Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals Experience Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving Knowledge of patient transfer methods, first aid, and CPR is highly desirable Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients are essential Looking for reliable and experienced caregivers to join our team. Looking to fill positions in Huntington, Commack, Plainview Must speak clear English Vehicle preferred.

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
