must have experience working with adult clients diagnosed with mild intellectual disabilites and Anxiety. DSP must have 5+ years of experience and own vehicle. DSP must be 25+ years of age. DSP will taking the client to the community for activities. DSP must be a female as per the client. Client is i nterested in social media, technology, volunteering (animal shelters), community integration (going to stores to shop). DSP must have interest in doing these activities to be able to encourage and teach client. ________________________________ Seeking an experienced support professional who has chosen this field because they are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities through a career in health or mental care. Responsibilities Comhab and Prevoc Services:

Following individuals' Community Habilitation Plans. Supporting individuals in achieving their chosen personalized outcomes and stated goals. Providing assistance, services and supports to promote independence in daily living activities within the residence. Facilitating the development of social skills through education, training, and role modeling. To empower participants to make an informed decision, through community experiences, about the pursuit of integrated employment. Application and Resume Assistance To engage in activities that will contribute to the individual's success in securing and keeping an integrated job. Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience working with medically fragile people and with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Valid driver's license and impeccable driving record.
