Location:

Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.

Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule:

2nd

Shift:

2:30pm-11:00pm Every other weekend and holiday required

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED, preferred Must be at least 18 years old

Duties:

Help with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments. Document accomplishments and attend meetings and trainings regarding persons served. Maintain contact with family members and provide updates of their loved ones. Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team. Know that reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.
