Job Description
Join our Achieve Day Program Team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)! This position is Full-time, 1st shift 8am
- 4:30pm at The Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities in Mantua.

Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.Schedule:
1st Shift, 8am- 4:30pm
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Must be at least 18 years old and have an Ohio Driver's License. CPR and First Aid Certification- free training provided!
Duties:
Responsible for making decisions regarding types of habilitations, prevocational and vocational opportunities and with community service projects, that are developmentally appropriate and accommodating to each person served, then implementing these opportunities. Implement programming as indicated in individuals' Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP). Provide suggestions for programs and activities for individuals with disabilities. Document attendance and implementation of programs run in day program. Assist individuals' in participating in community trips. Conduct vocational and habilitative activities as part of a coordinated day program and on the units.Rewards & Benefits:
