Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to seniors and patients requiring hospice care, making a positive impact on their quality of life. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior. Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment, ensuring a safe and hygienic space. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health plans. Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care or home health preferred but not required. Will train Strong understanding of patient care principles, including patient observation techniques. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation for travel between client locations as needed.
