• Part-Time & On-Call Healthy Life Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Lebanon, Albany, Corvallis, and surrounding areas .

We are currently hiring for part-time and on-call positions. Full-time hours are not guaranteed at the time of hire, but there is potential to grow into additional hours as client needs become available. As a DSP, you may provide one-on-one support with community outings, daily living skills, personal goals, companionship, personal care, and other individualized needs. We work to match employees with clients based on their availability, experience, strengths, abilities, personality fit, and desired number of hours . If you would like more hours after starting, we will make an effort to connect you with additional clients who are a good fit as opportunities become available. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable, patient, and compassionate Comfortable working independently one-on-one Professional and communicative Willing to learn and adapt to each client's individual needs Schedules vary and may include daytime, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts.
