Job Description

Ashland Supportive Housing is hiring! We currently have three full-time positions available: Day Shift - 34 hours/week Tuesday-Saturday | 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Day Shift - 34 hours/week Sunday-Monday | 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday | 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Weekend Overnight - 35 hours/week Friday at 12:00 p.m. through Saturday at 5:00 p.m. Sunday | 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Previous Med Aides, CNAs, PSWs, DSPs, and people with experience supporting individuals with I/DD are strongly encouraged to apply. No previous experience is required. Ashland Supportive Housing supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living rich, fulfilling lives with dignity and respect. We are a small, dedicated, team-oriented nonprofit with four residential homes providing support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are looking for people who feel called to make a difference in their community and in the lives of others. Our staff support people in many aspects of daily life, including cooking, cleaning, personal care, communication, community activities, and helping the people we support live their best lives. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, and an extensive paid training program is provided.
Requirements:
At least 18 years old Current driver's license Ability to pass a DHS Criminal Records Check If you are energetic, patient, thoughtful, lighthearted, and interested in meaningful work, we would love to talk to you!
