Understand best practices for managing challenging behaviors and building skills. Are patient, compassionate, and reliable. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent . Implement and track Individual Support Plans (ISPs) .Support daily living skills:
personal hygiene, meal prep, housekeeping. Manage behaviors with patience and professionalism. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and staff. To qualify, you must: Be 18 years of age or older . Have a minimum of 6 months experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health clients. Be able to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks . Have a high school diploma or equivalent . Possess a valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation . Pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test . Be willing to travel up to 30 minutes .Available Shifts:
Monday-Friday (varied shifts) Some weekends & holidays preferred Pay based on shift and flexibility Travel up to 30 minutes may be required.Your Next Step:
