  • $200 weekly stipend
  • $20/hour for any in-person support provided
  • Additional 4 paid hours per week for shadowing and team meetings Chance 4 Change (C4C) is hiring a reliable, calm, and compassionate On-Call Support Specialist to be our primary point of contact for client emergencies and urgent support needs outside of business hours.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients are safe, supported, and empowered 24/7.This position includes scheduled on-call coverage Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and weekend coverage from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 9:00 AM. The On-Call Specialist will be the first responder for urgent matters, with support from the Client Services Facilitator (CSF) team as backup.

To stay connected and informed, the On-Call Specialist will also complete 4 hours per week of paid time for client shadowing and team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Be reachable and ready to respond during all scheduled on-call hours Address after-hours calls, texts, or notifications from clients, staff, or emergency contacts Provide in-person support when necessary, following C4C safety and emergency protocols Coordinate with CSF team for backup coverage when needed Attend weekly team meetings and complete scheduled shadowing with clients likely to need on-call support Submit a brief Shadow & Support Log after shadow shifts, including: Observations of the client's home and binder Client's mood, behavior, and general well-being Any concerns, changes, or recommendations Document all after-hours activity thoroughly and promptly Maintain working knowledge of each client's plan, preferences, and communication needs Uphold the mission and values of C4C through respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications:
Prior experience in developmental services, home care, or mental health preferred Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to remain calm and compassionate during emergencies Must pass LiveScan background check Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
