Job Description

$22.23 per hour Are you looking for a meaningful career where you can make a real difference every day? For over 60 years, The Trudeau Center has supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—empowering them to live their best lives. Now we're looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team! What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide hands-on support in one of our group homes. You'll help individuals with daily routines, personal care, social activities, and more, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.
A Typical Day Might Include:
Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, meals, as needed) Encouraging independence and community involvement Supporting health needs and appointments Helping with household tasks Building strong, trusting relationships Keeping clear, accurate documentation Create a safe, positive, encouraging atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (experience in similar settings a plus!)
