Job Overview Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care to our diverse community of clients. This energetic and rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities, medical needs, and emotional support. You will work in client's home, ensuring each patient receives respectful, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence. Client does have a small dog inside the home Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Personal care and hygiene Transfers and mobility assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support Follow the client's individualized care plan Experience CNA or PCA Reliable, compassionate, and dependable Experience caring for individuals with mobility limitations is preferred Must be able to assist with transfers Must pass required background check and drug screening Hands-on experience assisting with ADLs in a compassionate manner while maintaining patient dignity and privacy Ability to lift heavy loads safely using proper patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices when necessary Join us in delivering exceptional caregiving that transforms lives! Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 49.0 per week
