This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the home care industry and enjoys a role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll assist with office administration, caregiver scheduling, recruiting, social media, customer service, and other day-to-day needs that help keep our clients, caregivers, and office team supported. We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while still making people feel welcome and heard. Home care industry experience strongly preferred. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Assist with general administrative and office responsibilities Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, applicants, and referral partners Assist with caregiver scheduling and schedule changes, as needed Monitor caregiver clock in visit list Assist with caregiver recruiting, including reviewing applicants, making recruiting calls, and coordinating interviews Support new-hire onboarding and orientation preparation Assist with maintaining caregiver and client documentation Enter and update information in company systems Assist with social media content and company marketing activities Help maintain an active and professional social media presence Create letters, spreadsheets, forms, and other documents using Microsoft Office Assist with filing, scanning, organizing records, and maintaining office documents Provide customer service and follow-up to clients and caregivers Work closely with other members of the office team to complete daily priorities Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has: Previous experience in the home care industry strongly preferred Previous administrative or office experience Experience with caregiver scheduling or staffing preferred Recruiting or healthcare recruiting experience preferred Strong customer service skills Experience using social media for a business or organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage several responsibilities and changing priorities throughout the day Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team Professional and compassionate communication style Dependability and good follow-through Comfortable learning new technology and office systems Experience with eRSP or similar home care scheduling software is a plus. The Person We're Looking For We aren't simply looking for someone to sit at a desk and complete a checklist. We want someone who sees the phone ringing and answers it. Someone who notices that something needs to be done and takes initiative. Someone who can speak professionally with a concerned family member, help a caregiver with a question, assist with recruiting, update a schedule, and then switch gears to help with a social media post. Most importantly, we want someone who understands that in home care, the work happening in the office directly affects the people receiving care in their homes.
