682-788-7349 . Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Support residents with mobility using patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques to promote safety during movement. Monitor patients' vital signs, observe changes in health status, and report findings in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure continuous quality care. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs, assist with feeding when necessary, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Administer medications following prescribed schedules, document medication administration accurately, and adhere to all safety protocols. Provide companionship and emotional support while engaging clients in activities that promote mental stimulation and well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties, laundry, and ensuring infection control standards are met. Support clients during community outings or appointments using personal transportation assistance while ensuring safety at all times. Document observations related to patient care, including changes in condition or behavior, supporting the development of personalized care plans. Uphold residents' rights by respecting privacy, confidentiality, and individual preferences at all times.

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
