Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and patient Caregiver to provide quality care and support to individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia . No previous caregiving experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate will be caring, trustworthy, patient, and comfortable helping clients with daily activities while providing companionship and maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to clients with Alzheimer's and dementia. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities. Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed. Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan. Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility. Provide companionship and meaningful activities. Monitor clients for changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition and report concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Use patience and appropriate communication when clients experience confusion, agitation, or memory loss. Follow the client's care plan and family instructions. Respect each client's privacy, dignity, and independence. Communicate professionally with family members and other caregivers. Qualifications No previous caregiving experience required — training will be provided. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Willingness to learn and provide quality care. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to follow instructions and care plans. Reliable and responsible. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
