  • Hospice Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Hospice to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients, particularly seniors.   • Hospice Job Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to RN Case Manager. Perform patient observation to identify any changes in behavior or health status. Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Hospice Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical documentation practices is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and transferring patients when needed. Certification as a Home Health Aide in Oklahoma is required .
