Open availability needed. On call with flexible scheduleGeneral Responsibilities:
Assist with individual physical care and behavioral support in their homes Support social and life skills by planning and participating in activities with individuals in their homes and in the community Assist individuals in maintaining a clean environment Complete daily documentation Supervision and support of staff Transport individuals to doctor appointmentsGeneral Requirements:
Pass a background check and drug screen Aptitude to laugh Utah Driver License & clean driving record Patience and understanding Assist individuals with finances Participate in paid trainingJob Type:
