Job Description
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Must have a valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with valid car insurance Must pass a background check Previous experience in caregiving, support work, or a related field is preferred CPR certificate, Medication Management Duties- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support individuals in meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean living environment
- Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and community activities
- Engage individuals in recreational and social activities to promote independence and well-being
- Follow care plans and behavioral support strategies as outlined by supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any behavioral changes
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals receiving care
- Administer medication and follow emergency protocols when necessary
