Job Description
Our Direct Support Professionals provide long term care to individuals diagnosed with intellectual Disability and Mental illness. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting individuals with Activities Of Daily Living, transporting to and from doctors appointments, integrating clients into the community, support with Goals and Outcomes identified on their Personals Centered Plans.
