This vital role involves providing comprehensive support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence, safety, and well-being. You'll be a trusted companion and caregiver, ensuring that each person receives attentive, respectful, and professional assistance tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life while respecting their independence. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Schedule Oxford

  • Thursdays 9-3 and Fridays 9-2 (Other hours available in the Green Lake and Marquette Cty WI if interested) Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities Excellent communication skills Experience working within home health or long-term care settings is highly valued.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
