Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Coordinator II to join their team. As a Coordinator II, you will be part of the Laboratory Support Department supporting sample management, testing workflows, and data reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Valencia, CA Pay Range:
$25-32/hour
Shift:
1st shift What's the Job? Coordinate sample workflows, maintain laboratory trackers, and monitor testing progress to ensure timely completion. Communicate sample status updates to stakeholders and follow up on action items to maintain workflow efficiency. Track laboratory investigations, follow up on action items, and escalate delays or risks as needed. Maintain training records and monitor training completion status for laboratory staff. Support inventory monitoring and consumable management to ensure laboratory readiness. What's Needed? Minimum 2 years of college or an Associate's degree. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Experience using SharePoint and/or a laboratory management system (LIMS) is preferred. What's in it for me? Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
