40 hours/week Job Summary Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with experience performing laboratory testing, specimen collection, and analysis to support accurate patient diagnosis and treatment. Skilled in operating laboratory equipment, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens including blood, urine, and other body fluids. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established procedures. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Verify and document test results accurately in laboratory information systems. Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols to ensure test accuracy. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Assist in troubleshooting equipment and resolving testing discrepancies. Communicate critical test results to healthcare providers in a timely manner. Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and supplies. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Medical Lab Technician experience required. ASCP, MLT or MLS certified. AHA BLS.
