Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician (MLT) for a 13-week travel assignment . The ideal candidate will have experience performing routine laboratory testing, specimen collection, and phlebotomy while maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient care in a clinical laboratory setting.

07/13/2026 Requirements ASCP certification required. MLT or MLS certification required. Previous travel experience preferred. Experience in general laboratory testing. Phlebotomy experience required. Experience performing arterial blood gas (ABG) draws. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory testing in accordance with established policies and procedures. Collect and process patient specimens, including blood samples. Perform phlebotomy and arterial blood gas (ABG) specimen collection. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed. Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of test results. Follow quality control, infection prevention, and laboratory safety protocols. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care. Participate in shared on-call coverage for nights and weekends as assigned.
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Experience:
Previous travel: 1 year (Preferred) general laboratory testing: 1 year (Preferred)
