Months Interview Process:

Onsite panel interview (2-3 interviewers) Candidates with previous laboratory, prototype, science, or equipment experience are preferred. High school diploma with relevant hands-on experience is acceptable. ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance Participate in monthly safety meetings Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies Identify safety hazards and support corrective actions Assist with creation and maintenance of SOPs and safety documentation Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Support daily housekeeping and laboratory organization Sample Preparation & Testing Prepare raw material and prototype samples for laboratory testing Perform laboratory and application testing using established test methods Document and communicate testing results accurately Support development and improvement of testing methods Maintain accurate laboratory records and data documentation Prototype & Equipment Support Operate prototype and laboratory equipment during development trials Support setup, operation, and troubleshooting of test equipment Assist engineers and project teams with prototype builds and testing activities Support safe operation and documentation of laboratory equipment Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred Previous laboratory or prototype equipment experience preferred High school diploma with hands-on lab or equipment experience accepted Preferred Skills & Experience Demonstrated safe work practices Comfortable operating laboratory and testing equipment Experience with sample preparation and laboratory testing Strong documentation and organizational skills Basic understanding of statistics and measurements Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong communication and teamwork abilities
