QUALITY ASSURANCE LAB TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
1. The grading of finished product, following USDA standards or customer specifications whichever apply. Communicate with proper personnel if product does not meet spec. 2. Grading of raw materials, dry beans, sweeteners, vinegar, etc.. Communicate with proper personnel if product does not meet spec. 3. In process grading of different products, i.e. green beans, bean salad, tomato products, dry beans, etc. Communicate with proper personnel if product does not meet spec. 4. Grading of Co- pack products, communicate with proper personnel if product does not meet spec.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Must be able to follow directions. 2. Must be cooperative and maintain a team spirit. 3. Basic knowledge of Mathematics necessary 4. Must be able to be trained on the different lab equipment. 5. Sensory skills- a plus 6.
