Lab Technician

Lab Technician - 3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift) Cleveland, TN We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our Quality Assurance team in a fast-paced beverage environment. This is a hands-on role involving syrup blending and laboratory testing , and requires reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

Training on 1st shift Transition to 3rd shift (overnight) after training

What You'll Do:

Perform chemical and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished beverages Blend and prepare syrup batches in a controlled lab environment Conduct sensory evaluations and physical testing of products Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records Prepare reagents, solutions, and testing media Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment Monitor and enforce quality control standards and procedures Assist with new testing methods and process improvements Support internal and external audits Troubleshoot and resolve lab-related issues Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements Requirements (Read Carefully): Minimum 2+ years of laboratory experience required (food & beverage preferred) Consistent, stable work history is
